No Hate Speech Can Diminish Ike Nwachukwu As Patriotic Igbo Nigerian

cousin of mine, Jeremiah Ijeoma, shared an article on Facebook entitled, “ MAJOR PROBLEM IGBOS ARE FACING
TODAY IS THE HALF BORN BIAFRANS WITH HAUSA/FULANI BLOOD RUNNING IN THIER VEINS”
written by one Uzor.
The unprintable things that the author alleged
against General Ike Nwachukwu, former minister of Foreign Affairs and former
governor of Imo State among other top positions he held and performed
excellently well, cannot be repeated here. The things that he wrote about Ike
Nwachukwu just because his mother is Fulani can only be described as HATE
SPEECH.
The
article is filled with lies and should not be taken serious by Ndigbo. For
starters, Ike Nwachukwu's wife is Yoruba not Hausa. Throughout his illustrious
military career his name was IOS Nwachukwu written on the tag of his uniform.
IOS means Ike Omar Sanda Nwachukwu. But the author mischievously failed to
acknowledge that, using his Hausa Fulani name in much of the article, just to
achieve his evil intentions. Ike Nwachukwu's mother is from Katsina State and
indeed from the Katsina Royal Family. That is a fact, but Ike Nwachukwu’s
mother like the faithful wife that she was, lived and died in Ovim, home town
of Ike Nwachukwu in Isuikwuato local government of Abia State. No Igbo leader
that I have met or read about love Ndigbo's progress in Nigeria like Ike
Nwachukwu. Many Igbo generals of today including the former chief of army
staff, Lt. General Azubuike Ihejirika owed their careers success to him. I
first came across this type of rubbish when Nwanneukwu Ike Nwachukwu was made
the leader of the South East delegates by Ohanaeze at the National Conference
in 2014 and his opponents tried to blackmail him that he was not Igbo enough to
speak for Ndigbo. Imagine! But he represented Ndigbo well which is why Ndigbo
through Ohanaeze are today insisting on the confab report to be implemented
while his (Ike Nwachukwu's) mother's people are saying no way! And Ike
Nwachukwu stands with Ohanaeze, always!!
I know you've been paid to write this stuff. We are in the jet age where availability of facts can be dug out from many places. My friend we are not kids. He has served you all but posterity will analyse him better than you've done. Time will tell.
