Buhari and His American List Of Corrupt Nigerians

Buhari
When the former president, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan told bewildered Nigerians through his live media chat on TV that if $20billion oil money was missing that the Americans would know, many of us laughed it off.
This was at the height of the controversy over the alleged missing $20billion which the former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi (now Emir of Kano) said the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) failed to remit to the federal government.
Now we know that the former president was right about the ‘omnipresence’ Americans, given the celebratory mode of President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) about the list of ministers, former government officials and low level oil bunkering individuals allegedly handed over to Buhari by the United States, during his official visit to United States.
But strangely, the Americans fail to hand over to him the location(s) of the abducted 219 Chibok girls who were abducted over 400 days ago. They did not also inform him about information they gathered from their ‘omnipresence’ spy surveillance drones on whether the Chibok girls are alive or not.
The Americans also failed to hand over to him the list of Boko Haram members and their sponsors. Perhaps the Americans are not interested in Chibok girls that even Michele Obama campaigned for their freedom; or the over 15,000 deaths caused by Boko Haram does not mean anything to the Americans; or that Boko Haram's link to ISIS means nothing to the  list compilers in Washington!
Perhaps the president did not ask for such list because those likely to be there are among the 95 per cent that voted for him, while the list he wanted was the list he believed will have names from the (5 per cent) that did not vote for him.
Is it not curious that Americans that are no longer buying our oil for years now are interested in who buys from us and the processes that such countries get the oil(whether through due process or bunkering)? They were also not bothered about giving our president list of Nigerian born Islamic terrorists that poses threat to Nigeria, United States interests and the world?
Now since the Americans know all the law breakers in Nigeria and their list on such are sacrosanct, do we still need NSCDC, EFCC, ICPC, Police, DSS etc? Since these law enforcement agencies have proven useless and their jobs better done by the Americans, let their jobs be outsourced to the ‘Almighty’ Americans.
It would make governance easy for our president. Anything bothers him he puts a call to America and they would email the list of culprits. Under this arrangement our president don't have to wait till he goes on official visit to ‘Almighty’ America before they avails him of the list of law breakers.
By the way is it true the rumours making the rounds that the United States also allegedly handed the president the Halliburton list of corrupt Nigerians which allegedly has the names of former President Olusegun Obasanjo and former military President Ibrahim Babangida, and late head of state, General Sani Abacha, but the president refused to collect the list?
